1. Acceptance
By accessing or using stable-path-tool.com (hereinafter «the Site»), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.
2. Nature of the service
Stable-Path-Tool is a financial education and consulting initiative based in La Paz, Bolivia. The content published on the Site is intended for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute personalised financial advice, investment recommendations, securities brokerage or banking services regulated by ASFI.
3. Newsletter subscription
To receive our newsletter you must provide a valid name and email address. You agree not to use third-party data without authorisation. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link included in every email.
4. Acceptable use
You undertake not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to breach its security, not to send malicious code, not to carry out unauthorised automated actions (mass scraping) and not to impersonate other people.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, images, guides, downloadable materials and trademarks on the Site belong to Stable-Path-Tool S.R.L. or are used under licence. Personal non-commercial reading and use are permitted. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation requires prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stable-Path-Tool shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or from decisions taken on the basis of its educational content. Our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you, if any.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Judicial District of La Paz, unless a mandatory legal provision states otherwise.
