At Stable-Path-Tool S.R.L. (hereinafter «Stable-Path-Tool», «we» or «the company»), with registered office at Av. Arce No. 2345, 7th floor, La Paz, Bolivia, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data that you provide to us. This Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use stable-path-tool.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form: your name and email address. In addition, we automatically log technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) by means of cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (a) send you the fortnightly financial-education newsletter you subscribed to; (b) respond to your enquiries; (c) improve the content and performance of the site; (d) comply with legal obligations in force in the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the explicit consent you give when ticking the subscription checkbox, and in compliance with the Political Constitution of the State (Art. 21), Law No. 164 on Telecommunications, and other applicable Bolivian rules on personal data protection.
5. Sharing of data
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information with technical providers (email delivery, analytics) that act under confidentiality agreements, or with Bolivian authorities upon a valid legal requirement.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your newsletter subscription remains active and for up to 12 months after you unsubscribe, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, please write to privacidad@stable-path-tool.com stating your request. We will respond within 15 business days.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, access controls, backups) to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.

We may update this Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update.
